Through this website, and cellular and microsites applications, PT Snapcart Digital Indonesia ("Snapcart") provides access to software and services (collectively called "Services") that enable Customers (defined below) provide information for market research purposes.

Services can also include other information and inter-activities, such as information and advertisements from any party, whether individuals or entities, whose products, goods or services, can be accessed through the Service or those who have access to market research information from Snapcart ("Clients"), and who can announce comments and participate in discussions.

In these Terms of Service ("Terms of Service" or "Agreement"), "Customer", "user" or "you" means any person who uses the Service, either by visiting the Snapcart website, mobile application or microsite or receiving benefits from the activity other activities available through the Service.

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you cannot use this Service or website, or download or use the Snapcart application.

·       Snapcart service for you

When you agree to use the Service, you agree to allow us to collect, unite, analyze and organize your information, pictures of uploaded receipts, answers to claims surveys and receipt of electronic mail and related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Subject to these Terms of Service, we allow you to access and use Snapcart, only for your personal use of the Service, and may not be used for commercial or other purposes. This permission can be canceled at any time without notice and for reasons or without reason.
